Representation Summary:
We support the reference to the SMP and the future flood management requirements. This section would be strengthened by also including reference to the Thames Estuary 2100 (TE2100) Plan policies for this area. The plan is recommended flood risk management policy for Leigh Old Town and SoS is " to take further action to keep up with climate and land use change so that flood risk does not increase.
