Moving forward, Cogent is open to a meeting with SSBC and their advisors to discuss the approach taken and to discuss common ground in advance of the submission of the DCS for Examination. To this end, we would like to reserve the right to be heard at Examination and to be notified when:
i)The DCS is submitted to the Examiner in accordance with Section 212 of the PA 2008;
ii)The recommendations of the Examiner and the reasons for these recommendations are published; and
iii)The Charging Schedule is approved by the charging authority.
