I feel strongly that the Hamlet Court Road area is in need of recognition as a conservation area.
THis area has been neglected and has deteriorated in terms of quality of
Life for residents. It needs an injection of positivity and money !
It would not take a lot to turn the area into a vibrant vintage destination
For those that seek a slightly alternative more relaxed lifestyle than that offered
By Thorpe bay, chalkwell or Leigh.
