Pier - more to do at the sea end
Central Seafront - redevelopment to encourage safe environment
Arts and Museum Development - look for opportunities to develop museum to house Saxon King and London exhibits. Promote space which allows for events, street theatre and a vibrate feel to the town centre and other areas
Protect and promote historic nature of areas such as Old Leigh, Prittlewell Priory
