Affordable parking required. We are in Southend not Kensington. People earn minimum wage here. Even in London it is free to park on Sundays and the earnings up there are much higher. Too much residential parking. It's outrageous that you can't park anywhere near the cliffs pavilion without having to spend a fortune on parking and it's not cheap to go and see a show in the first place. As I said before it is a town where a very high percentage earn a very low income and that has to be taken on board surely?
