Received: 31/03/2019

Respondent: mrs angela baldock

Representation Summary:

Meeting climate change objectives by insisting on carbon neutral/offset arrangements for carbon emissions - to reduce the effect of carbon emissions and lower the high level of pollution in the urban area.

Not just having manicured open spaces but enhanced spaces for nature/wildlife - there is good evidence that getting into nature (not just manicured open spaces) is beneficial for people with mental health issues and those with dementia. This could be a way of reducing the costs for managing those conditions.
