Retail across the borough should be considered - the town centre should be curated towards the needs of the users - likely should be focused on leisure offer - bars/entertainment/culture. Experiences above retail should be focus on, and selection of residents on the high st should be greatly considered in order too promote growth - the right businesses will promote further businesses or the right nature to developed a collaborative community offer.
