I disagree with the statement that "parking is convenient for residents and visitors." It is more important that it is easy for residents and visitors to be able to get in and around the borough using sustainable means than to be easy to park. On new developments if parking is not the focus of the front of properties, home zones could be created giving opportunities for improved health and well being.
