Representation Summary:
All Councils are supposed to put into their development plans site for renewable energy. The most suitable site we have is between the Pier & Shoebury Boom along the low water mark. This is between 1 mile at the pier & two & a half miles at the boom.
If you need reasons why this is suitable I can tell you but for now I think the site is what is needed.
