Landowners at Victoria Avenue are in the process of joining together as a consortium to promote the comprehensive regeneration and redevelopment of their properties. The consortium supports the overall objectives of the Southend Central Area Action Plan (AAP) and the identification of the Victoria Gateway Neighbourhood as a key area for regeneration .
In relation to the proposed AAP policies, the consortium has not had the opportunity, within the Proposed Submission consultation period, to provide a joint response . The consortium intends to actively contribute to the production of the AAP and will provide further comments in due course. We would request that the Council considers our consortium as a key stakeholder within the town centre and we would certainly wish to engage with the Council at all future stages of development of the AAP.
