The bits relevant to conservation all look absolutely fine.
My only comment would be in relation to paragraph 231 where it states that a mortar should contain lime. I think that phrasing it that it should be 'lime-based' would avoid the risk of this being interpreted that a small amount of lime in a cement mix would generally be acceptable (sometimes it might be, but not as a rule). It might be beneficial to add that the mortar strength should in all cases be weaker than the brick to protect them.
