In relation to car parking, the STOCKVALE GROUP would seek that the existing public car parking spaces are either allocated as part of the museum provision or are included elsewhere within the south west corner of the SCAAP area. There is an opportunity with the Empire Theatre as a large basement already exists. A public car park could form part of a wholesale mixed use redevelopment of the Empire theatre.
